Dance for Musical Theatre (Level One/Beginner)
Dance for Musical Theatre (Level One/Beginner) will introduce fundamental dance steps for performing onstage - all set to a repertoire of songs from popular musical theatre. Each class will begin with a whole-body warm-up, after which students will be taught basic dance steps and how to integrate acting into their dancing. These skills will then be put into routines to rehearse for an informal showcase during the final class. Dance for Musical Theatre is the perfect way to explore the magic of musical theatre and is open to all students in grades 3-8.
